Meet a Board Member: Susan Kemp, 2016-2017 Director of Education

What excites you the most about the coming 2016-2017 SMPS year?
We have some great speakers and events lined up; I can’t wait to see how they unfold.

What made you want to be an SMPS Seattle board member?
Primarily to give back, but I am also looking forward to getting to know people even better, and to meeting new people.

If you could invite four famous people to dinner, who would you choose and why?
Gregory Maguire, author of Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West; Erin Morgenstern (The Night Circus); Edward Carey (The Iremonger Trilogy); and Anne Patchett (Bel Canto), because I would like to be surrounded by all that creativity. Alternately, James Corden of carpool karaoke fame and any three people of his choosing.
