What made you want to be an SMPS Seattle board member?
I think that it is a great way to thank SMPS for all of the education, support and guidance I have received from the organization over the years and to pass that knowledge and support on to other SMPS members. It is also a great opportunity to work with some fantastic and well-respected peers in a unique professional environment.

What do you love most about SMPS?
I love that it creates a community of marketing peers. Working for a professional services firm can sometimes be a bit of a closed loop. SMPS allows me to step outside of that loop to connect with fellow marketers, to better understand how others handle similar marketing objectives and to support each other. SMPS provides a wealth of information, both locally and nationally, that has helped me be better at what I do.

What is one goal you’d like to accomplish during your lifetime?
To raise my two kids to be smart, healthy, well-adjusted adults who make the world a better place with empathy and passion.
