Market research is indeed the “science of listening” – a set of tools that enables you to make decisions based on information, rather than hunches. It promotes a better understanding of your clients, your competitors, your image in the marketplace and the dynamics that surround decisions about the employment of your services. In today’s diminished economy, research can help you better leverage limited funds, realign your firm with changed markets, spot the right opportunities and avoid the wrong ones. It can take you from reactive to proactive.
Bring your lunch and learn:
- When and why to use market research
- Insights into the uses of qualitative, quantitative and secondary forms of research
- Tips and suggestions
